Furnishings:
All of our offices are let as furnished. For every 75 square feet of space one of our modern workstations are allocated. Which includes a powered desk, a set of side drawers, an operators chair and a waste bin. It is also possible to bring your own personal items of furniture in to give the office your personel touch.
Security :
Square Root Business Centre is covered by a multi zone intruder alarm which is monitored by Redcare 24hrs a day. CCTV Cameras provide extra security to cover the perimeter of the center. A security guard is also on call 24hrs a day in the event of an alarm activation.
Internal security to most offices and the communal areas is provided by a proximity card door entry system, This system enables each employee individual access rights to each office and communal area. Each door is also fitted with a sash and dead lock.
Telephones :
The latest Direct Dial Inward (DDI) Telephone system is in operation, this enables you to recieve your calls direct to your room without going through reception first. The telephone system can be set to different configurations via Internet portal to meet with your needs, for example all phones ringing as one or hunt groups where the first phone free will answer. All extensions have voice mail, conference calls and external divert facilty as standard.
Car parking :
Car parking is now Pay and display. Parking permits are available from Croydon Council for just over £1 per day.
